Tread Types
Options

Industrial strength polyurethane tread bonded to “ribbed” polyolefin core. This design adds strength for loads subjected to shock and hard impacts. Tread is molded in, around and through a ribbed extension of the core to prevent de-bonding. Standard colors are burgundy tread on grey core.

This wheel is not recommended for conditions of continuous operation such as tow-line, etc.

Temperature Range: -45ºF to +180ºF

Hardness: 55(±5) Durometer Shore D scale

Capacity up to 300 pounds each

Available in 2-1/2″, 3″, 3-1/2″, 4″, 5″ and 6″ diameters, with 1-1/4″ tread width.

2″ Wide Tread

Capacity to 800 pounds each

Available in 4″, 5″, 6″, and 8″ diameters, with 2″ tread width.

1-5/16″ Wide Round Tread

Capacity up to 200 pounds each

Available in 3-1/2″ and 5″ diameters, with 1-5/16″ tread width.

2″ Wide Round Tread

Capacity up to 480 pounds each

Available in 6″, and 8″ diameters, with 2″ tread width.

Pedestal Precision Ball Bearing (2″ tread width): Change tenth digit in model number to “5” (Example: E5.00004.925.7)
2-piece Delrin Bearing with bushing (2″ tread width): Change tenth digit in model number to “1” (Example: E5.00004.921.7)
Less Bearing (2″ tread width): Change tenth digit in model number to “6” (Example: E5.00004.926.7)
